AssayQuant is a life sciences company supporting preclinical drug discovery with tools and services for measuring kinase and phosphatase activity. Its proprietary PhosphoSens technology uses fluorescent sensor peptide substrates to track enzyme reactions continuously, producing real-time progress curves that can reveal inhibitor potency, selectivity, reversibility, and time-dependent effects beyond a single endpoint measurement.

The company offers kinase, phosphatase, and lysate assay kits in continuous fluorescence intensity and time-resolved fluorescence formats, as well as recombinant enzymes and assay substrates. Its portfolio includes validated assays for more than 500 protein kinases and 35 phosphatases, alongside a broader catalog of over 1,100 recombinant enzymes. Products support work with both recombinant enzyme systems and cell or tissue lysates.
