L’Articho is a French publishing house focused on comics, illustrated books and creative projects for children and young readers. Its catalogue includes original titles by emerging and established artists, with an emphasis on distinctive drawing styles, playful storytelling and inventive formats. Examples include Beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup d’Oriane Brunat, a colourful counting book for young children, and the Coco Comics collection, which brings together short, humorous comics by creators such as Élodie Shanta and Adrien Yeung.
L’Articho also publishes fanzines and supports children’s creativity through initiatives such as the CNFE, a fanzine competition recognising work by young creators and the adults who help them. The publisher takes part in cultural events and festivals, including the Angoulême International Comics Festival and Formula Bula, where it has organised activities for young comics fans. Its books are distributed through BLDD and sold via bookshops and its online shop.
Across its publishing and public programmes, L’Articho promotes comics, illustration, reading and hands-on creative expression
