Associació Aire is a Barcelona-based association supporting people affected by respiratory diseases and those who have received lung transplants. Its work focuses on offering practical information, emotional support and opportunities for people to connect and share experiences. The association provides support groups, one-to-one discussion sessions and psychology workshops, alongside online activities such as respiratory physiotherapy and yoga. It also offers Nordic walking and educational talks at schools, and shares publications, news and resources about respiratory conditions, lung transplantation and organ and tissue donation.

Aire helps people learn about the lung transplant process and find guidance for life after transplantation. Its activities include information on blood donation and ways to get involved as a member, volunteer or donor. The association also organizes events, including a public day on pulmonary fibrosis bringing together scientific knowledge, rights and personal experiences. Based in the Can Guardiola entities centre in Barcelona, Aire invites people to participate, contribute and seek support.
