About l'association Hakuna Matata
Hakuna Matata La Maison du Bonheur, operated by the "Hakuna Matata" association, is a compassionate entity dedicated to supporting underprivileged or vulnerable children in Conakry, Guinea. Currently, we provide care for nearly 100 children annually, housed in two facilities - one for boys aged 7 to 18, and the other for girls and babies. 75 children are enrolled in private schools, with sponsorship covering their fees.
Our beneficiaries range from newborns to 18 years old, with provisions for infants from birth. We also assist pregnant or young mothers, offering them a path to reintegration into society and supporting them in caring for their children. Over half of our residents are girls, recognizing their specific challenges in Guinea.
