Associazione For-You Aps

For-You is a nonprofit association based in Massa, Italy, supporting young people with disabilities as they transition from school into adult life. Through its day centre, the association provides small-group activities designed around each participant’s abilities and interests. Its aim is not simply to fill time, but to foster personal autonomy, social skills, confidence, and practical abilities that may support future work opportunities.

Participants, in groups of five to eight, are accompanied by specialized operators and follow personalized weekly plans. Activities include gardening and caring for a vegetable plot, sport fishing, do-it-yourself projects, and green-space maintenance. The association also lists a biscuit and brewery project, alongside plans for future initiatives. Its approach seeks to recognize individual strengths while giving participants meaningful roles in everyday activities.

For-You also connects families with local institutions and community supporters, helping build a network of support. Founded by Anusca Moisé, the organization works with professionals including a psychotherapist and activity staff.
