Associazione Sole

Sole APS is an Italian association dedicated to supporting families facing difficulties during pregnancy and the period after childbirth. Its mission is to help new mothers feel less alone by promoting compassionate support and reliable information as families adjust to the arrival of a baby. The association brings together qualified professionals and volunteers in training to provide practical assistance during the first days of parenthood.

Its services include post-partum support, with help for mothers as they navigate the early days after birth, and hospital volunteering, offering support to mothers and their families during a hospital stay. Sole APS also fosters peer connection through opportunities for mothers to share experiences, offer mutual encouragement, and celebrate milestones. Its educational and training courses help new mothers understand their changing roles and approach new responsibilities with greater confidence. Services are free to members with an ISEE below €20,000. Based in Rome, the association welcomes professionals and volunteers who want to contribute, and invites supporters to donate toward its activities and mission.
