About ASSOS DE THAU
ASSOS, the Association de Soins de Support Oncologiques de Thau | Sète, is a dedicated team of volunteers and healthcare professionals who provide essential support for cancer patients. Their aim is to improve the quality of life for individuals throughout their cancer journey, both during and after treatment. The association offers a variety of support services to help reduce the side effects of treatments, manage pain, stress, and anxiety, and provide guidance on nutrition and preventing malnutrition.
They also provide a supportive environment for individuals to share, discuss, and connect with others through group sessions and themed workshops. ASSOS offers specialized consultations in psychology, dietetics, osteopathy, reflexology, sophrology, therapeutic hypnosis, administrative assistance, and psychological support workshops for children. By becoming a member, individuals gain access to personalized care and 10 consultations per year, all conveniently located near them.
