Astor Club

Astor Club Chicago is a private, invitation-only members’ club in the city’s Gold Coast, bringing together dining, hospitality, music, and the visual arts. Its mission is to celebrate culinary, musical, and visual arts through distinctive social experiences in historic, restored locations. The club’s current home is an underground, speakeasy-style evening supper club at 24 E. Goethe Street, where members can enjoy fine dining, cocktails, live music, and entertainment.

Astor Club is expanding with a second location, a daytime clubhouse at 1516 N. Lake Shore Drive, scheduled to launch in Fall 2026. Planned amenities include morning coffee, breakfast and lunch, meeting rooms, a rooftop, suites, and salon services. Together, the two locations will offer different settings for members to gather throughout the day and evening.

The club describes its community as curated and its experiences as intimate and immersive. Membership is by invitation, and prospective members can inquire about joining. Astor Club also offers private events and a Chef’s Table, reflecting its focus on personalized hospitality and culinary experiences.
