Astral Tequila Blanco is complex yet smooth, offering crisp citrus notes, clover honey, bright white pepper, and an abundance of tropical fruit. On the other hand, Astral Tequila Reposado is aged for 5 months in American oak bourbon barrels, creating a harmonious blend of agave, caramel, and oak flavors. Lastly, Astral Tequila Añejo takes it up a notch with 12 months of aging in American oak bourbon barrels, delivering notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and oak.
But it's not just about the tequila for us. We believe in brightening lives and communities. That's why we've partnered with the Adobe Brick Project in Oaxaca and Jalisco, Mexico, to construct buildings using our spent agave fibers.
