Astral is an AI-powered K–8 math curriculum designed for homeschooling families seeking personalized instruction and greater independence for their children. The program begins with an adaptive placement diagnostic that maps a student’s existing skills, identifies areas for growth, and provides a grade-level mastery report aligned with national standards. Astral then generates lessons in real time for each child’s skill level, reassessing progress after lessons and revisiting challenging concepts from different angles to support mastery.

The curriculum includes daily lessons, practice, mastery tracking, an AI tutor that offers patient, step-by-step support, and personalized teaching videos. Lessons can connect math concepts to a child’s interests and reflect a family’s faith and values. Parents can follow daily and weekly progress through a dashboard, while students can learn on different devices. Astral describes its platform as powered by Google Gemini and designed to adapt its pacing as children learn. Families can try the service free, with unlimited lessons during the trial, no credit card required, and the option to cancel anytime.
