Astribot, also known as Xingchen Intelligent, is an artificial intelligence and robotics company founded in Shenzhen in late 2022. Its vision is to bring AI robot assistants to billions of people, guided by a mission to advance human–robot coexistence, collaboration, and shared success. The company develops embodied AI systems designed to help robots learn, think, work, and interact naturally with people.

Astribot says its integrated hardware and software architecture, designed specifically for AI, closely combines intelligent capabilities with advanced manipulation. This approach supports the collection of embodied-intelligence data and aims to enable robots to use human tools and equipment and take on tedious, difficult, or hazardous tasks. Its featured robot is the Astribot S1, presented as a product built around intelligent assistance.

The company’s product and technology portfolio also includes Lumo 1, Lumo 2, Philia, and SmoothRL. Alongside product development, Astribot invites prospective employees to join its team and offers opportunities for businesses to explore industry partnerships
