ASV Freundschaft Potsdam-Babelsberg e. V. is a traditional angling club based in Potsdam, with more than 60 years of history.
It brings together beginners and experienced anglers who share an interest in fishing, nature, and community life. The club has its own property beside the Havel in Potsdam and offers members access to club fishing waters in the Brandenburg region. Members can take part in fishing-related events, club celebrations, organized work days, and other shared activities.
An active youth group supports younger anglers, while a members-only online area offers photos, event dates, and a forum. The club’s website provides information about membership, fees, admission requirements, and the application process, as well as details about its waters, events, leadership, history, and youth activities. ASV Freundschaft welcomes prospective members interested in fishing and connecting with others in the region.
Through its facilities, activities, and member community, the association combines recreational angling with a commitment to nature and fellowship
