ASVzR

The Akademischer Segler-Verein zu Rostock e.V. (ASVzR) is a sailing club based at Uferpromenade 1 in Rostock, Germany. The association brings together sailors interested in learning, practicing and competing in sailing on the Baltic Sea and around Rostock. Its activities include children’s and youth sailing, student sailing, beginner sessions and regular Tuesday sailing from June to October. Members can also take part in inclusive sailing, training and regattas, including club competitions and events such as the Warnemünde Cup.

The club maintains a fleet for a range of sailing experiences, from dinghies and skiffs such as Ixylon and RS500 boats to keelboats including Universitas, Shanty, Rasmus, Universitas II and Solte See.
