Xpats.Io

Xpats.io offers a comprehensive guide to the self sponsorship visa for foreign entrepreneurs looking to establish their businesses in the UK. This immigration pathway has gained popularity as an efficient alternative to the traditional Innovator Founder route, particularly after recent shifts in UK immigration policy.

The self sponsorship process consists of three key stages: setting up a UK-based company, applying for a sponsor licence, and securing a Skilled Worker visa. This innovative approach allows business owners to sponsor themselves, circumventing the need for a third-party sponsor. Xpats.io outlines the necessary steps, helping prospective business owners navigate the complexities of visa applications and compliance requirements.

In light of significant changes to UK immigration routes, including the closure of the Tier 1 Investor and Entrepreneur visas, Xpats.io is dedicated to providing valuable insights and professional advice to facilitate a smooth entry into the UK market. By offering up-to-date information on self sponsorship and its advantages, the platform empowers entrepreneurs to achieve their business ambitions in the UK.
