ATAP Canarias

ATAP Canarias is a team of professionals who work with experienced, trained canine co-therapists. Since 2010, the organisation has provided dog-assisted interventions, canine education and activities, as well as training for the general public and dog education for private clients. Its services are available in Gran Canaria and Tenerife, with options for individuals and groups, at home and in institutions.

The team offers dog-assisted therapy and educational activities, alongside canine education for puppies, household dogs, therapy dogs and assistance dogs. Services also include basic training for private owners and support with modifying canine behaviour. ATAP Canarias provides courses on topics such as dog education, disability, animal welfare and canine behaviour. The organisation also offers guidance to help people better understand and work with their dogs.

Through its combination of human education and dog-focused services, ATAP Canarias supports relationships between people and dogs in a range of settings. Its website features news, service information and client testimonials, and invites visitors to contact the team for advice or further details.
