Derek Atchley

Atchley Chiropractic is a father-and-son-owned chiropractic practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, focused on helping patients pursue wellness through care and education. The practice aims to explain the treatment process, from discussing underlying concerns and possible care plans to reviewing insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs. It describes its approach as a safe, natural way to manage pain and other health-related issues, and offers complimentary, no-obligation consultations for prospective patients.

The clinic provides care for a range of concerns, including back and neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, auto injuries, and work injuries. New patients begin with paperwork and a consultation with the doctor to review their health history, concerns, and potential treatment options. The visit may also include specialized tests and, when appropriate, X-rays to help assess the condition and guide a plan. A follow-up appointment generally takes place within one to two days, when the doctor reviews findings and discusses treatment options.
