ATCO’s Community Equipment Program supports Alberta communities by providing eligible nonprofit and community organizations with free access to equipment for events. Rather than paying rental costs, organizations can borrow canopy tents and soundstages to help deliver fundraisers, festivals, community celebrations, and other gatherings while keeping budgets in check.
Canopy tents can serve as registration or food areas, or provide shade for attendees. ATCO’s soundstages offer a platform for presenters and artists. The program’s equipment is loaned between May and September, and bookings can be made up to six months in advance. Organizations can review the eligibility requirements and frequently asked questions, then use the program’s booking process to get started.
The program is designed to help community events run smoothly by making practical event equipment more accessible. Through this initiative, ATCO offers a tangible form of support to local organizations, helping them create welcoming event spaces without the added expense of equipment rentals.
