ATDC

ATDC, the Advanced Technology Development Center, is Georgia’s statewide innovation hub and startup incubator, backed by Georgia Tech’s Office of Commercialization. Since 1980, it has helped technology entrepreneurs turn ideas into scalable, sustainable businesses, supporting more than 150 companies through a network of six locations across Georgia. ATDC offers three core programs for founders at different stages: Educate helps entrepreneurs develop skills, connections, and viable startup ideas; Accelerate supports growth-minded companies moving from a minimum viable product toward product-market fit; and Signature helps high-potential startups progress from product-market fit to scale.

Its services include tailored coaching from experienced founders, technical and industry expertise, self-paced learning, events and training, and connections to investors, government funding, talent, institutions, and corporate partners for potential pilot opportunities. ATDC also provides access to specialized programs in areas such as defense technology, financial technology, health technology, robotics, supply chain technology, and sustainability. The organization takes no equity and focuses on helping founders build successful companies while strengthening Georgia’s innovation economy
