A-Team ABA & RPG is a Black- and neurodivergent-owned company based in Bellingham, Washington, with plans to expand to Tacoma. Founded by Devin, a Licensed Behavior Analyst, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Dungeon Master, the company brings together behavioral support, life-skills services, and inclusive tabletop role-playing experiences under two banners.

A-Team ABA offers applied behavior analysis therapy, DDA/DDCS life-skills services, and consultation for staff and families supporting neurodivergent people and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. A-Team RPG provides tabletop role-playing games, including Dungeons & Dragons, for people of all abilities and experience levels. Options include home games, one-to-one or group sessions, family game nights, school groups, and workplace team-building activities. The company also offers therapeutically applied role-playing games, combining imaginative play with a supportive, inclusive setting.
