ATEC, the Académie Troyenne d’Études Cartophiles, is a nonprofit association founded in 1990 and dedicated to exploring the history of Troyes and the Aube through old postcards and other local sources. With 36 members, it brings together people interested in regional history, cartophily and the preservation of local heritage. Its work includes historical research and publications, supported by a dedicated history and cartophily commission and a specialist library.
