Atelier Cambium

Atelier Cambium is an architecture practice founded in 2006 and led by Olivier Laurent and Franck Ferrier, with offices in Bordeaux and Paris. Its multidisciplinary team brings together technical expertise and a sensitive understanding of each project’s context to create tailored, practical and visually considered places rooted in their surroundings. The studio works on both rehabilitation and new construction, serving housing, hospitality, offices, cultural and educational facilities, sports venues, private homes, and other professional and public needs.

Its projects include housing developments, office transformations, library extensions, resource centres, conservatories and auditoriums. Environmental responsibility is central to the practice: Atelier Cambium aims to design durable buildings, reduce carbon impact and use resources thoughtfully, while collaborating with committed partners. Its approach emphasizes sobriety, functionality and careful integration with local contexts.
