Atelier du Tai Chi

Atelier du Tai Chi is a Metz-area school offering instruction in Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, two traditional Chinese internal energy arts. Its classes are available across the Metz metropolitan area and surrounding communities, with schedules and locations provided for prospective students. The practice emphasizes slow, gentle movements and physical relaxation, encouraging participants to become more aware of their bodies in motion. According to the school, these exercises support the circulation of Qi, or energy, in the body and are practiced with the aim of maintaining good health.

Instruction is led by Jean-Philippe Lemaire, who has taught Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong for more than 11 years. The school offers information about class fees and registration, including an option for couples and a combined package for students who wish to study both disciplines. Visitors can also explore galleries and news, learn more about each practice, and follow Atelier du Tai Chi on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
