ATEX International Exhibitions is an international exhibitions and events company that has become a prominent organizer in the Middle East and North Africa. Our story began in 2001 when two ambitious entrepreneurs established a small start-up business in Tripoli, Libya, following the lifting of US economic sanctions. At that time, Libya had little private sector activity and no exhibition market.

However, through hard work and determination, we quickly gained momentum as the Libyan market opened up to international companies. In 2003, we organized Libya's largest economic event - LibyaBuild, which facilitated billions of dollars worth of contracts. We then expanded overseas, holding international exhibitions abroad.

In 2007, we hosted the first Industrial Cities Exhibition in Abu Dhabi. Despite challenges, we continued to grow and became the first private exhibition company from Libya to join UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. Today, we organize diverse and dynamic exhibitions and conferences in sectors such as Building & Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Fitness & Sports across Algeria, Kuwait, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE.
