Athena Run Coaching

Athena Run Coaching provides personalized running guidance designed to help athletes improve their fitness and pursue goals at every level. Led by Ali, an RRCA-certified and insured coach, the business draws on her experience as a lifelong athlete who discovered running after college in 2005. Having completed more than 20 marathons, she understands both the rewards of reaching ambitious targets and the challenges of falling short and starting again.

The coaching approach centers on thoughtfully varied training and an understanding of how the body responds to different activities. Plans are tailored to help runners build stamina and speed while taking care to reduce the risk of injury. Athena Run Coaching welcomes beginners as well as more experienced runners, and offers responsive support to answer questions and keep clients motivated. Testimonials describe carefully planned workouts that challenge athletes while supporting their progress, including preparation for a first marathon. Runners can explore coaching options and contact Ali to discuss their goals and how coaching may help them reach new levels of performance and confidence.
