Athena Success Ltd

Athena Success is a coaching brand led by Marie Griffiths, combining open water swimming, wellbeing and mindset coaching to help people build resilience, restore balance and move towards their personal goals. Its approach brings together the benefits of swimming, breathwork, restorative practices and neuroscience-informed coaching, with support tailored to each client.

Swimming services cater to beginners, recreational swimmers and competitors. Offerings include help with confidence in open water, the transition from pool to outdoor swimming, front-crawl technique, performance mindset and group coaching. Swim adventures and events also feature in the programme.

Wellbeing and mindset services address areas such as stress and anxiety, resilience, sleep, breathing, cold water therapy and weight change. Coaching experiences include individual and group options, as well as focused sessions such as the Ignite Coaching Day and Creating Your Future®. Marie also offers support for life transitions and personal development, with an emphasis on clarity, accountability and practical progress.
