About アテネ・フランセAthénée Français
Athénée Français is a renowned language school located in Tokyo's Ochanomizu district. With its rich history dating back to 1913, Athénée Français offers comprehensive courses in French, English, and Classical languages. The school initially started as Cours Supérieur by Joseph Cotte, a lecturer at the University of Tokyo.
Later, it was renamed Athénée Français when an elementary level course in French was introduced. Over the years, the institution expanded its offerings and acquired an independent campus. It now includes courses in Greek, Latin, and corporate language training.
Athénée Français has received recognition for its contributions to French language education, including being the first institute in Japan to be awarded the Prix de l'Académie Française.
