Athens History Walks is a Non-Profit Urban Company founded in 2019 that specializes in Public History. Our mission is to promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge about the modern history of Athens and cultivate historical culture through public activities. By collaborating with professional historians and social scientists, we highlight the recent history of the city and its people.

Through carefully curated historical walks, we aim to democratize the knowledge derived from current historical research. We also aim to engage citizens in actively understanding and getting involved in history.
