About Athens Parent Wellbeing
Athens Parent Wellbeing is a brand dedicated to serving parents in Athens, GA, and the surrounding areas by providing the support they need on their parenting journey. Our mission is to promote the mental well-being of mothers and families throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period through education, resources, and support. We offer a range of products and services to cater to the needs of parents.
Our group support sessions, facilitated by our loving counselors and fellow moms, provide a tribe for mothers seeking companionship and understanding during the ups and downs of motherhood. Additionally, our free peer support program, TheraMamas, ensures that no mother feels alone during her transition into motherhood. For those in need of professional therapy, we have partnered with experienced therapists who specialize in prenatal and postpartum care.
We have already provided over 200 free therapy sessions to parents in our programs. Expecting parents can also benefit from our doula services, with scholarships available to families currently enrolled in our support and therapy programs. To support our cause, you can purchase our Well Bean coffee blends, created in collaboration with Athens' own Jittery Joe's, or donate directly through our website.
