ATHLE RHUYS Sarzeau

Athlé-Rhuys is an athletics and running club based in Sarzeau, on the Rhuys Peninsula in France. It welcomes people who want to run with others, learn athletics or pursue personal performance goals, combining a friendly club atmosphere with opportunities to train and compete. Younger members are introduced to athletics through running, jumping and throwing, with programs for early-years participants, primary-age children, and older youth. Adults focus mainly on off-track running, including cross-country, road races, trail running and ultra-trail.

The club supports members through training routes, coaching and age-group programs, and shares news and information about club activities and events. Its community participates in races across different distances and formats, while regular fitness assessments and timed course tests help runners gauge progress and set their training paces. Athlé-Rhuys also publicizes local gatherings, including a film screening and meeting, and provides information for prospective members, including adult registration for the 2026–2027 season.
