Athletics South

Athletics South is a vibrant organization dedicated to promoting athletics in Southern Tasmania. Established on September 16, 1954, it offers comprehensive summer and winter programs catering to participants of all ages—from young athletes aged 10 to seasoned masters—regardless of ability levels. The summer track and field season runs from October to March, featuring weekly competitions every Saturday, allowing athletes to compete in a variety of events with a scheduled timetable. For those who prefer cross-country, the winter season spans from April to September, providing an excellent platform for endurance runners.

In addition to competitions, Athletics South offers equipment hire, downloadable entry forms, and access to live results, ensuring participants have all the resources they need to succeed.
