Athletikschule Schrader

Athletikschule Schrader is an outdoor fitness and running school based in Würselen, Germany. It offers year-round group courses at Gymnasium Würselen and in the surrounding area, with sessions designed to build coordination, strength, endurance, mobility, and general fitness in the fresh air. Programs accommodate different abilities, from beginners and people returning to exercise to more experienced participants.

Move combines coordination and strength exercises with power walking and is suitable for beginners and those restarting their fitness routine. Running courses include beginner training, a return-to-running program, and sessions for more advanced runners. The school also runs a weekly-style running group with the aim of running continuously for 60 minutes. For strength and conditioning, outdoor fitness and body-toning classes use circuit training and focus on muscle development, fat reduction, and fitness. Athletic training for runners is available to adults and young people aged 12 and over, supporting strength, endurance, and running performance.
