Atlas du logement is an open-access digital atlas dedicated to documenting quality housing in Switzerland and around the world. Its database brings together graphic and numerical information, including plans, sections and elevations that show built projects from the urban scale down to the layout and typology of individual homes. By presenting projects through a consistent graphic approach, the atlas helps users compare spatial qualities, examine dimensions, identify patterns and trace conceptual connections.

It is designed as a research and teaching resource for architects and urban planners, complementing quantitative forms of analysis. The collection grows each year with around thirty housing projects analysed and redrawn by second-year architecture students at the Haute École d’Ingénierie et d’Architecture de Fribourg, under the supervision of their professors. Visitors can browse projects as thumbnails or in a table, and submit a project for consideration.
