Atlas Geosystems

Its services include household and community mapping, participatory mapathons, drone and GNSS surveys, geospatial analysis, atlas production, interactive map portals, and GIS and drone training for governments, NGOs, and universities.

Atlas also develops flood and disaster intelligence using terrain and watershed analysis, runoff estimation, hydrological methods, and machine learning. Its initiatives include transport mapping for Kenyan cities, local-language place-name maps, solid-waste monitoring, and community atlas catalogues. The organization emphasizes transparent methods, appropriate use of open data, community validation, and responsible data stewardship.
