ATLAS Space Operations

ATLAS Space Operations provides secure, global connectivity for spacecraft through ground software and satellite ground-station services. Its Freedom Ground Software as a Service (GSaaS) connects operators to a federated network of antennas, combining ATLAS-owned and partner ground stations into a system accessible through a single integration and API. Powered through AWS Cloud, the service enables customers to schedule and manage communications across the network without integrating separately with each station.

ATLAS supports missions ranging from individual spacecraft to full constellations, with solutions for commercial, civil, federal, defense, and intelligence customers. Its services include global managed network access, spacecraft communications, and near-real-time data access. The network supports multiple frequency bands, including S-band, X-band, Ka-band, and UHF. ATLAS also offers Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) solutions to support spacecraft during initial operations.

By making ground-station access more unified and scalable, ATLAS aims to help spacecraft operators communicate securely and reliably from locations around the world.
