ATSR is a Minneapolis-based planning, architecture, and engineering firm serving public and community institutions since 1944. With more than 80 years of experience, the firm works with K-12 school districts, colleges, municipalities, government agencies, and faith-based organizations on facilities that support thriving communities. Its services cover the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility studies and facility condition assessments to planning, design, engineering, and construction closeout.

ATSR’s work includes long-range facility and master planning, schematic and construction document design, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior design, food service design, and landscape architecture.
