ATTILA Basket is a community basketball club based in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark. Originally founded as a branch of athletics club ATTILA af 1936, it became an independent association on 28 November 1979 under the name Basketballklubben ATTILA Nykøbing F. The club describes itself as small and dynamic, with an approach that aims to accommodate each player and member.
ATTILA offers basketball training and team participation for children, young people, adults and older players, with age-group teams as well as senior and oldboys activities. Members can take part in regular practices, friendly open sessions and league competitions; the club’s schedule includes youth and senior fixtures. New players are welcome to try basketball free for one month, and the club shares information about training times, match schedules, events and cancellations. ATTILA also takes part in local community activities, including Foreningernes Dag, where visitors can meet club representatives and try shooting hoops. The organisation invites members to contribute to its development and welcomes people interested in helping with coaching.
