Advanced Training and Testing of CT, LLC, also known as ATATOCL, is a first responder education and training provider serving Connecticut and Rhode Island. Established in November 2025, the organization offers courses for healthcare professionals, first responders, and members of the public, with instruction focused on practical emergency response and safety skills.
