The Aubrie Pena Legacy Foundation is an organization established in memory of Aubrielle “Aubrie” Pena, who died in 2024 after bravely facing a rare sarcoma. Inspired by her courage, love of music, and dreams for the future, the foundation supports children battling cancer and their families, offering hope, resources, and opportunities to pursue their ambitions during a difficult time.
Its central initiative is a scholarship program for children with cancer. In 2024, the foundation awarded four scholarships in Aubrie’s memory. It also hopes to create safe, memorable experiences for young patients, including concert outings that reflect Aubrie’s passion for music. The organization invites people to get involved through volunteer opportunities, donations, fundraising, and community events. Activities have included participation in cancer-awareness races, marathons, golf tournaments, and other campaigns that raise funds and recognize people affected by cancer. The foundation also shares family stories and updates, including its Sarcoma Stories podcast, to celebrate Aubrie’s legacy and connect supporters with its mission.
