Auch Yoseikan

Auch Yoseikan is a martial arts school and club in Auch, France, dedicated to Yoseikan, a modern, comprehensive and accessible discipline for people of different ages and fitness levels. Established 45 years ago, the club is described as one of the discipline’s pioneers in France and has more than 125 members. Its approach combines martial arts training with a welcoming atmosphere centred on respect, conviviality and enjoyment.

The club offers several types of classes. Yoseikan Budo introduces techniques including punches and kicks, throws, immobilisations and traditional weapons. Yoseikan Grappling focuses on ground techniques, while Yoseikan Training develops cardio, core strength and overall power. Children’s classes make learning active and enjoyable and are available from age three. Training can be pursued as a sport or with a focus on self-defence, and the discipline includes striking, wrestling, joint controls and weapons work, both standing and on the ground.
