AuditPlatform

AuditPlatform is an NDIS compliance software platform developed by CloudMech AU Pty Ltd for Australian providers. It brings together rostering, shift notes, participant goals, staff compliance and audit evidence to help teams spend less time on administration and more time supporting participants. Workers can record shift details on a phone, while AuditPlatform Intelligence drafts formal notes, links them to relevant participant goals and sends them for human review and approval.

The platform tracks progress across seven NDIS plan domains and monitors worker screening, certifications and training, with alerts before checks expire. Rosters are designed around participant needs, and completed shifts can support notes, invoices and an audit trail without duplicate entry. Incidents, notes, rosters, screening records and goal progress are timestamped and mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards, enabling providers to assemble an evidence pack for audits.
