Auftrag One is a procurement intelligence platform that helps businesses find relevant public tenders in Germany and across the EU. Instead of relying on repeated keyword searches, users create a profile based on their services, regions, and contract sizes. The platform classifies notices into 331 specialist topics and matches them to each profile, delivering a focused feed of potential opportunities and saving time on research and initial review.

Auftrag One aggregates notices from TED, Germany’s federal notice service, all 16 state procurement portals, and more than 300 municipal and other platforms. It provides searchable tender listings, daily match notifications, and information on deadlines, corrections, awards, eligibility, and documents. Users can also explore procurement history, market reports, and procedure signals to support decisions.

The service offers a free Starter plan and paid plans from EUR 49 per month, with options varying by analysis depth, search profiles, and team capabilities. New users can try paid plans for 30 days without providing a credit card, and setup is designed to take under five minutes.
