Aussi, si les appellations divergent : Oléastre, Azzemour, Olivier, Elaia, Olea, Zitoun… L'huile d'olive est d'abord un produit naturel auquel aucun ajout n'a été fait. Nous privilégions les circuits courts pour aboutir à une huile de qualité exceptionnelle. Notre huilerie a toutefois pour vocation d'aider d'autres producteurs locaux à se développer et à produire des récoltes de qualité.
