Google Workspace is Google’s suite of cloud-based productivity tools for individuals, businesses, enterprises, education, and nonprofit organizations. Its products include Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Keep, and Tasks, alongside administration tools, AI features, phone plans, and no-code app creation. The platform also offers solutions for industries and teams, with security resources, integrations, training, and support.

Google Workspace eSignature helps users streamline contract workflows without leaving Docs or Drive. From a document or PDF, users can add signers, place signature fields, send requests, track pending signatures, and view completed agreements. Signers can complete requests from an email, including on mobile devices. The feature supports vendor agreements, customer contracts, and internal or external stakeholder approvals, and users can create reusable contract templates in Docs. Google describes its electronic signatures as legally binding for many document types in many regions, including the United States and European Union, and says the tool is designed to meet generally applicable requirements for electronic contracts.
