Aurelia is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of biodiversity in the Zadar County since 2008. Their mission is to raise awareness and contribute to the better understanding and conservation of biodiversity at all levels. They bring together biologists and nature enthusiasts who volunteer their time to protect and study the diverse ecosystems in the region.

Aurelia offers a range of activities and projects to promote biodiversity conservation. They organize workshops for school children, introducing them to the marine world and educating them about the impact of climate change and waste production. The organization also conducts clean-up campaigns to remove waste from the sea, collaborating with other environmental organizations.
