Auriga is an Indonesian non-governmental organization that engages in an effort to conserve Indonesian natural resources and the environment to improve the quality of life of humankind. To achieve our goals, we are constantly carrying out investigative research, encouraging policy changes for better natural resources and environmental governance, as well as doing advocacy through legal mechanisms. Our organization welcomes everybody from any place to work with us, particularly those who have the same ideas and visions as us.

About Auriga Nusantara
Auriga is an Indonesian non-governmental organization dedicated to the conservation of natural resources and the environment to enhance the quality of life for all. Our work involves conducting investigative research, advocating for policy changes, and utilizing legal mechanisms to achieve our goals. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who share our vision to collaborate with us.
With a focus on responsible mining practices, we have adopted the Responsible Mining Index (RMI), an assessment instrument initiated by the Responsible Mining Foundation. As part of this endeavor, we recently held a virtual focus group discussion to disseminate information and gather inputs from stakeholders, including the government, mining companies, and civil society organizations. In addition, we engage in various other activities such as consultation for environmental defender security protocols and promoting responsible practices in the pulp and paper industry.
