Auroras on valtakunnallinen verkosto, joka järjestää työelämäaiheista yksilö- ja ryhmämentorointia koulutetuille maahanmuuttajataustaisille naisille ja kotiäideille. Verkosto tukee maahan muuttaneiden naisten kotoutumista suomalaiseen yhteiskuntaan. Mentorit ovat suomalaista työelämää tuntevia, hyvin suomea puhuvia naisia. Aktorit ovat Suomeen muuttaneita koulutettuja naisia ja kotiäitejä, jotka toivovat tietoa suomalaisesta työelämästä. Aktoreilta toivotaan sellaista suomen kielen taitoa, jonka avulla on mahdollista keskustella yhdessä.

About Auroras-verkosto
Auroras | Helsinki is a brand that offers group mentoring for educated women who have moved to Finland. Their aim is to improve the language skills and employment opportunities of these women. What sets Auroras apart is their unique combination of peer support from international women and guidance from experienced mentors in the workplace, along with their networks.
In addition to mentoring sessions, they also organize nationwide networking events for participants to maintain connections. The mentorship groups meet once a week for two hours over a period of six months, and all mentoring is provided free of charge. Whether you are an educated migrant woman looking to enhance your Finnish language skills, seeking support in job searching and career planning, or an experienced professional willing to contribute and support international women in their employment journey, Auroras | Helsinki invites you to join their network.
