About AAA
AAA (Australian Alumni Association) is an organization dedicated to connecting Australian alumni in Thailand and promoting cooperation and coordination among them. Founded in 1967 as the Old Australian Student Association, it was later renamed the Thai-Australian Association and then transformed into the Australian Alumni Association in 2016 under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn. Membership to AAA is open to Thais and Australians who have studied in Australia.
The primary objective of AAA is to create a vibrant alumni community of networking, friendship, and learning. AAA works closely with the Australian Embassy, the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham), and other bodies to organize activities and events that benefit alumni. They also collaborate with the Western Australian Alumni group to promote education and support AAA activities.
Led by President ML Laksasubha Kridakon and Vice President Apiradee Bunyalekha, AAA is committed to fostering and promoting Thai-Australian ties through the alumni network
