Austin County Fair Association

Austin County Fair is a community fair and event organization based in Bellville, Texas, centered on youth, local traditions, and family entertainment. Held in October, the fair brings together agricultural competitions, livestock activities, rodeo events, exhibits, and community celebrations. Its program includes a PRCA rodeo, a parade, a BBQ cook-off, a wine show, horticulture and hay shows, floral design, and youth-focused events such as the Lil’ Wrangler Rodeo, Mutton Bustin, calf scramble, and children’s tractor pull.

A key part of the fair’s mission is supporting young people through scholarships and opportunities to participate in agricultural and educational activities. The organization hosts a youth auction and publishes sale information, auction totals, and livestock results. Visitors can find schedules, purchase tickets, and learn about contests, sponsors, and special events, including Senior Citizen’s Day. Austin County Fair also offers facility rental and vendor information, and accepts payments and donations. With programming for competitors, families, vendors, and supporters, the fair provides a local gathering place that celebrates county life while helping invest in its youth.
