The Australian Carob

The Australian Carob Co. is an Australian grower and supplier specializing exclusively in organic carob. Founded nearly two decades ago with an orchard in Booborowie, South Australia, the company follows a farm-to-table approach and focuses on producing premium-quality carobs while respecting the environment. It supplies customers and distributors in Australia, the United States, Canada, Singapore, and other parts of Asia.

Its wholesale range includes raw and roasted carob powder, carob syrup, and carob kibble nibbles for a variety of uses. The company also offers wholesale supply for businesses seeking an organic carob source for D-Pinitol. Its products are promoted for their naturally sweet taste, and customer feedback highlights the powder’s fine texture and ease of use. Alongside product supply, The Australian Carob Co. works with distributors and invites businesses to discuss wholesale partnerships. The company also shares recipes and food ideas featuring carob, including baking, drinks, and savory dishes, helping customers explore ways to use its products.
