Australian Financial Advisory

Australian Financial Advisory is an Australian pre-insolvency advisory service helping company directors understand their position when ATO debt, cash-flow pressure or Director Penalty Notice risk threatens their business. Serving directors on the Gold Coast, in Brisbane and Sydney, and Australia-wide, the firm offers a free, confidential initial consultation with no obligation.

Its services include reviewing a company’s financial position, assessing available options, and preparing a written advisory report in plain language. Directors can seek guidance on ATO debt and creditor pressure, business restructuring, Small Business Restructuring eligibility, and administration or liquidation options. The firm can also communicate with commercial creditors under a signed authority.

Australian Financial Advisory is an assessment-and-referral service, not a registered insolvency practitioner, liquidator, tax agent, credit licensee, financial services licensee or law firm. It refers specialist work, such as tax matters and formal insolvency processes, to appropriately licensed practitioners. The firm says it presents alternatives before formal steps are taken and leaves decisions to the director.
